With a Fast Track Assessment, you will receive:

• Strategies to help your child in their daily life
• Written summary to share with people who might need to know more
• Plan for how to achieve your goals

1. First appointment with a caregiver

• This can be done in person, over the phone, or online
• This session lasts 45-60 minutes
• Our therapist will learn about your child, their strengths, goals, and what kind of help you’re looking for
• Our team will spend 90 minutes in total, including reviewing information and making notes

2. Individual assessment session

• This session is for both you and your child
• It lasts 45 to 60 minutes, but it can vary depending on your child’s needs
• You might need to fill out some questionnaires before this session
• The total for this session is 90 minutes, including preparing the assessments, going over the results and writing notes

3. Written summary

• We will write a summary report that includes what we observed and recommendations for your child’s development
• This takes about 2 hours

4. Feedback session

• Meeting with the therapist to talk about what we found in the assessment, strategies to help your child, and to plan what comes next
• This session lasts 45-60 minutes. The therapist will then complete their note, and send you copies of any activities, reports and other documents you might need
• The total for this session and follow up is 90 minutes
