Corina Della Posta

Therapy, Prevention & Rehab Services for the APM Group

Corina is an experienced and innovative executive with a strong track record for driving people performance, service delivery and quality excellence.

Corina is highly regarded by her customers and works collaboratively with industry stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Corina is experienced in all aspects of personal injury with extensive experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, Exercise Prescription and Medical Specialist Assessment, Opinion and Intervention.

She is recognised for her knowledge and understanding of the drivers and needs of the key stakeholders and her ability to provide strategic advice that will optimise recovery, mitigate risk and benefit all stakeholders.

She has been able to transfer these skills in the development and delivery of service models within the disability and health industries.

Her focus has been ensuring children, adolescents and adults have access to services that allow them to optimise their development and achieve their potential.

Corina has been a significant contributor of Allied Health services for more than 20 years. She has represented the personal injury industry as President of ARPA WA and was awarded the industry award for exceptional leadership.

Corina has completed a Master’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, has been published in the Journal of Occupational Rehabilitation and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Matthew Flood

Chief Group Counsel – APM

Joining APM Group in the UK with Ingeus in 2015, Matthew relocated to APM’s Australian headquarters in 2019. He brings experience as a senior lawyer, having worked for some of the UK’s largest companies including BP, SABMiller and Balfour Beatty.

At APM, Matthew ensures that the global business manages legal risk effectively, while acting as a trusted adviser to the senior leadership team and the wider business.

Matthew holds a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees from the University of Melbourne.

Emily Glenn

General Manager – Early Start Australia

Emily has Qualifications in Physiotherapy, and Ergonomics, Safety and Health.

She has over 15 years’ experience working with consumers of allied health services in a variety of settings, and joined ESA in April 2023.

After graduating, Emily worked clinically in a variety of settings including oncology, complex case management and inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation before moving into health management, first in occupational rehabilitation and then in corporate health services, where she ran a 24/7 contact centre supporting Australian employers like Lifeblood, Coles, Qantas and the Department of Education and Training (VIC) to look after their employees’ health and wellbeing needs.

She has also spent time in an Organisational Excellence roles where she oversaw the implementation and functioning of the organisations’ Quality Management System accredited to ISO 9001:2015.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Emily led the implementation of the Australian Government’s Covid-19 Infoline for people with disabilities to provide information and referrals for people with disability and their supporters in response to the emerging health advice and evolving government restrictions in place.

Emily has experience in, and a passion for engaging, supporting and maximising the potential of allied health workforces, to optimise continuity of care for the consumers they serve. She also has a keen interest in the Australian Privacy Legislation.

Emily’s current role involves the oversight of ESA’s business operations, including the delivery of clinic-based, mobile and community outreach services to children and young adults with developmental delay, disability or other health concerns. 

Stephen Farrell

Group Finance Director – APM

Stephen has over 13 years of experience leading finance teams, starting his career with accounting practices in Dublin and Perth. In 2008, he joined APM, where he has held finance leadership roles, most recently Group Finance Director and Joint Company Secretary.

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University College of Dublin.

Dr Nicole Grant

Head of Clinical Governance

Dr Nicole Grant is an experienced health professional and people leader with a strong academic and professional background in occupational therapy and health sciences.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (UniSQ, 2001), a Master of Occupational Therapy (UQ, 2002), and a PhD (Health & Behavioural Science) also from UQ (2016).

With over two decades of experience, Nicole has worked in the fields of occupational rehabilitation, disability and paediatrics.

For the past six years, Nicole has been an integral part of Early Start Australia, where she has applied her extensive knowledge and skills to help secure the company’s position as a leading provider of early childhood development and intervention assessment and therapy services.

In addition to her practical experience, Nicole holds a prestigious position with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia’s Registration and Notification Committee.

This role allows her to influence the standards and practices of the profession, ensuring the highest level of care and ethical practice across the country.

Nicole’s blend of academic excellence, extensive practical experience, and leadership within professional bodies and in her most recent role as Early Start Australia’s QLD Regional Manager, makes her a highly respected figure in her field.

Holly Puckering

Quality and Compliance Lead

Holly Puckering is the Quality and Compliance Lead at Early Start Australia.

With over 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, Holly has worked extensively across health, education, and disability sectors throughout Australia.

Since 2011, she has also been involved in private practice, bringing a wealth of practical insights to this role.

Graduating from the University of Queensland, Holly has continually expanded her knowledge, most recently through advanced studies in Safety, Quality, and Governance at the University of Tasmania.

Since joining ESA in 2021, she has led the implementation of high-level clinical and operational projects, ensuring ongoing quality improvement activities and compliance across the organisation.

As part of the Corporate Clinical Team, Holly has a strong record of developing and delivering clinical projects, compliance frameworks, and safety initiatives.

With a solid background in both clinical practice and operational management, Holly plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance within ESA, supporting our mission to deliver evidence-based early intervention and therapy services that support children and families to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
