“It was such a great opportunity to participate in the new graduate training program with ESA. I enjoyed meeting other new graduate therapists from different practices as I was able to build connections with people who are also entering the workforce as newly qualified health professionals. I particularly appreciated the Q&A session with previous new graduate therapists who provided us with helpful tips and tricks for graduate life. I also valued hearing from speech pathologists and physiotherapists as it provided me with multidisciplinary knowledge I will be able to utilise throughout my career. I am grateful to ESA for providing me with such a valuable learning opportunity which has enabled me to make a smooth transition from student to therapist.”
