How does it work?
When you join ESA you are provided with a number of services and supports including Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Clinical, and Systems and IT Platforms.
We will work collaboratively to assist you realise growth targets into new markets, adopt new disciplines and access a wider range of clients and families in need of our therapy services.
How will my role change?
You will continue to operate your clinic in a leadership capacity and continue to support your team and clients, alongside the added support of the ESA Corporate team.
What if I’m looking to exit from my practice and not continue in a business management role?
ESA works with practice owners at all stages in the life of their business, including those looking to move on to new opportunities, take on more of a clinical role, or even retire. ESA has successfully developed new leaders to ensure succession and continued business objectives are realised.
What is the process to join ESA?
After completing the form below, one of our Corporate Development Advisors will be in touch to organise an informal meeting at your clinic. If we agree to proceed, a confidentiality agreement will be signed to enable sharing of more detailed information that allows us to then proceed to a valuation discussion.
If all parties are in agreement, ESA will conduct a due diligence process and progress to a sale agreement. The ESA team will work closely with you to ensure effective completion and transition occurs, and staff are supported through the process.
