Early Start Australia Westbourne Park has been providing award winning early intervention services for children since 2015.

Our therapy services include ABA, Occupational Therapy (OT) and psychology. These services are delivered in a number of settings, including homes, schools, Pre-schools, Kindergartens, childcare and in our Goodwood Road Clinic.

Susan Petrie, the founder of the clinic, continues to practice at Westbourne Park as a Senior Psychologist.

Programs

As part of your therapy journey your therapist we may recommend some specific therapy programs to assist in achieving your goals including:

A personalised program is developed to help guide and support your child to develop the skills to use the toilet independently

Support for parents and caregivers to encourage their involvement in therapy and provide effective strategies for their participation.

Help fussy eaters and children with feeding problems enjoy a balanced, healthy diet and a positive attitude towards food.

Hannah Westbourne Park

Hannah Lewis

Clinical Manager

Hannah is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst and has been working in the field of applied behaviour analysis for over 15 years. She started her career in the UK where she worked across the country supporting families with children with disabilities. Hannah moved to Adelaide in 2017 with her husband, where she began working in a team of behaviour analysts, working with children of various ages from 2 to 18 with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Hannah completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) in the UK, in 2005. Upon starting work as a behaviour therapist in 2006, she was led to complete a postgraduate diploma in positive approaches to challenging behaviour. She recently completed her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland, whilst starting her own family of two children.

Hannah is passionate about teaching functional skills to children with autism spectrum disorder, with a particular interest in developing communication. She enjoys working closely with parents, carers and other professionals to empower those people to fully support those with a disability, using evidence-based interventions.
